Notes :

All meals are provided by Genius World in case the flight reaches the stipulated destination early morning or leaves destination late in the evening.
‘In Case if any sightseeing is not done due to weekly closure, an alternative sightseeing will be done for the same’.
Guests may please note that for Domestic flights or internal flights from one city to another city on
international tours, the baggage allowance will be as per the respective airline baggage policy and weight regulations. Guests are requested to pack their belongings and carry luggage in accordance to the respective
airlines baggage allowance. Excess baggage (if any) will be chargeable as per the airline policy and the same has to be borne by the guest.
Under unavoidable circumstances itineraries may be changed or reversed, however all inclusions in the itinerary will remain same.
Management shall not be responsible for any belongings that are lost or stolen or damaged during the tour.
Guests are advised to carry their passports/confirmation vouchers/itinerary throughout the journey in Europe Tour.
On occasions, due to large events, traffic, logistics and availability of reservations, it may be necessary to change the above itinerary. However, all aspects of the itinerary will be covered. In the event of Eiffel Tower restricting access, the price difference for the restricted floor will be reimbursed. Eiffel Tower during national holidays or events may be substituted by Montparnasse tower or will be refunded.
As coaches are prohibited in certain parts of Pisa, Rome, Florence and Venice majority of the tour will be

Remarks

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle. If the coach / vehicle are accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour
Cost of any individual Airport / Seaport / Railway station transfer to joining and leaving guests.
Any Increase in the Airfare / Rail fare / Cruise Charges.
Any Increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by the respective government or statutory bodies.
Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
Porterage, laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.

Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, forced majuire instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes etc.
Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any Individual unforeseen cost incurring incidence.

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.
A valid Tourist Visa for the duration of the tour.
For all Schengen countries passport validity should not exceed more than 10 years
Handwritten passport is not acceptable.

Things To Carry Along

Mobile phone with appropriate SIM card.
Along with your necessary clothing and toiletries carry sun screen lotion, hand sanitizer, sun glasses, cap, sports shoes, umbrella / windcheater, camera etc. and woolens if needed.
If you are on any medication, carry sufficient stock of the medicines with prescription.

Visa Process

UK: Visa form to be filled online & payment by credit card to be done. Guest needs to visit VFS personally for biometrics.
Schengen: For all Schengen countries, if employed, need original leave sanctioned letter with the stamp & seal of the company along with the name & the designation of the signatory. If child is travelling without parents then legalized NOC for parents’ (from Home department) is required. Guest needs to visit VFS personally for biometrics of Schengen visa.
Documents required for a Tourist Schengen Visa:
Visa application form: Fully completed with correct information, printed and signed at the time of
submission.
Two recent photos: Taken within the last three months, in compliance with the Schengen visa photo criteria.
Valid passport: No older than ten years and with a minimum validity of three months beyond your planned stay in Schengen. It must have at least two blank pages in order to be able to affix the visa sticker.
Roundtrip reservation or itinerary: A document that includes dates and flight numbers specifying entry
and exit from the Schengen area. Find out how to get flight reservation for tourist visa application.
Travel Health Insurance: Evidence that you have purchased health insurance that covers medical emergencies with a minimum of €30,000, for your whole period of stay.
Proof of accommodation: Evidence that shows where you will be staying throughout your time in Schengen. This could be a:
Hotel/hostel booking. With name, complete address, phone and e-mail, for the entire time you will
be in the Schengen area.
Rent agreement. If you have rented a place, in the country you will be staying.
Letter of tour organizer: If you will be traveling with a tour agency.
Proof of financial means: Evidence that shows you have enough money to support yourself throughout your stay in Schengen. This could be a:
Bank account statement.
Sponsorship Letter: When another person will be financially sponsoring your trip to the Schengen
Zone. It is also often called as an Affidavit of Support.
