Genius World presents you the great opportunity to be a Genius World Franchisee. It will be a retail outlet of Genius World Hospitality Pvt Ltd.

Being a Genius World Franchisee, you will be authorized to promote and sell Group Tours, Free Individual Tours (Customized Tours), Corporate Tours (GENIUS WORLD -MICE), and Travel Insurance under the banner of Genius World Hospitality Pvt Ltd.

Mode of Payment: Cheques/Demand Draf/RTGS/Cash/Online in favor of Genius World Hospitality Pvt Ltd.

Agreement Period : The Franchisee Agreement will be valid for a period of 5 years. After 5 yrs, if the applicant and Genius World wish to continue with the Franchisee, it will require a new agreement to be signed along with the new Terms & Conditions and fee structure.

• Fully furnished retail premises at a busy location with an area of min 250 sq ft (carpet area).
• Premises should be preferably on the ground floor with proper visibility and frontage. If the premise is on the first floor but all the other parameters are met, one can forward the application but the decision will be at the discretion of the Genius World Management.
• Premises should be under ownership of the Franchisee partner or it should be on lease agreement for 3 years.
• Provision for a visible signboard.
• The interiors and the exteriors will have to follow Genius World specifications and guidelines.
• Any expense for renovating the premises or doing it up as per Genius World specifications will be borne by the applicant (Franchisee).
• IT, Telephone systems and Operating expenses like electricity, telephone, fax, courier, broadband or any other expenses will be borne by the Franchisee.
• Conveyance, housekeeping, provision for tea / coffee, photocopy, etc will be arranged by the Franchisee and expenses will be borne by him / her.
• Initially, two employees to be recruited and after one year two more can be recruited to carry out business.
• Photocopy of Certificates if you are member of any Tourism association.
• Applicant Two Passport size Photographs

• Marketing support through advertisements and campaigns.
• Sales Support for large Group bookings.
• Operation support during peak holiday season.
• Periodical training to staff.
• Continuous monitoring and evaluation of performance to ensure healthy ROI for mutual benefit.
